The company's shareholding was Saudised in 1988, whereby it is today locally owned, ISO & BSCAI certified and structured to serve local requirements with utmost effeciency. We are now proudly able to pass on the highest caliber of acquired management, training, and support systems to our valued customers throughout the Kingdom.

The group focuses on providing high quality support services for good value. Although its services are priced marginally higher than the market its clients are willing to pay for Initial's customer oriented services. A large majoritry of Initial Group's clients are the elite domestic market and "blue chip" Saudi companies that have indicated their satisfaction by retaining Initial Group for an average of 12 years...while two way loyal relationships with several clients including: Al-Esayi Group, Arab News printing press and the Kanoo Group span the 27year life of ISAL.
